Dr. Morton holds Master of Arts and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration. His studies in psychology emphasized personality assessment and coaching while his M.B.A. focused on organizational assessment and organizational change. Dr. Morton brings over twenty-five years of experience to his clients.

Dr. Morton began his professional career with an independent Canadian consulting firm. He became partner responsible for that firm's Management Psychology practice before moving on to start his own business. Dr. Morton provides assessment, development planning, and coaching services to executives and professionals, and he helps to select and develop leadership teams.

Dr. Morton has advised and coached professionals and executives within some of the most well-known international private sector and government organizations, as well as several well-known Canadian entrepreneurial businesses, a number of which have been among Canada's fifty best-managed companies. Dr. Morton's success has led to long-standing business partnerships with all levels of government, as well as a broad range of private sector industries and organizations.

While actively engaged in professional practice, Dr. Morton also conducts research and is now writing several articles and books focusing on the impact of beliefs on behaviour, the impact of personality on performance, and the impact of values on leadership.
